Rick has been a licensed real estate agent, Broker, in the state of South Dakota for the past 8 years, first with Exit Realty Connection in Watertown and now with Exit Realty Sioux Empire in Tea alongside his son Chris who is co-owner and Broker of the office. He has helped buyers and sellers purchase and sell homes from the southern, eastern, and western boarders of South Dakota and many places in-between. He has also been the buyers and sellers agents for different commercial property transactions, with satisfied clients on all ends.

Rick’s primary focus is keeping the client happy and focusing on what’s best for them, their families, and making sure they are well informed on their buying and selling experience. He says if a buyer or seller is truly informed they can make a rational decision and know they have done the right thing. The clients also know that if they have any questions they can trust and rely on him for answers. 

Rick was raised in a family of business owners and has owned or managed businesses for the past 30 years. He understands the true meaning of business and personal relationships and understands that the foundation of any positive transaction has well informed and educated clients, as with any property transaction. These well informed and educated clients are happy clients who refer others to him. Rick ensures that every client and customer gets his personal attention as needed and required. He will do all it takes to guarantee that a positive and rewarding transaction takes place and all parties are happy with their buying and selling experience.
