Zack Moydell Joins EXIT Realty Sioux Empire

We would like to introduce our newest agent Zack Moydell.  He is recently licensed as a Broker Associate and is ready to put his knowledge and unique skill set to use helping you buy or sell a property.

Originally from Oklahoma, Zack moved to Sioux Falls in June 2017. He has a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. After working in casino marketing for over 9 years in Tulsa he moved to Atlanta, Georgia to work for Cartoon Network. While at CN he was a member of the Home Entertainment team, specializing in marketing original programming to consumers and retailers. It was in Atlanta where he purchased his first home, a fixer upper, with husband Eric. After flipping their first home in Atlanta, Zack discovered his passion for real estate. It was then they decided to move to Sioux Falls to be closer to family and friends and take on real estate full time.

Zack recently obtained his broker associate license and is ready to start helping others achieve their real estate dreams. His main goal is to make life as easy as possible for his clients. He is a firm believer that buying and selling real estate should be a fun and exciting process and not overwhelming or stressful. He is dedicated to working with clients at a one-on-one level, being readily available for any issues that may arise, and ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
