Chris Popkes currently resides in Canistota, SD (just outside of Sioux Falls) with his daughter Hannah and son Gavin. He has owned and operated the Ortman Hotel and Brick Oven Restaurant from 2004 to 2014. In 2010 he obtained his Real Estate license and joined the team of Exit Realty Connection out of Watertown, SD working along with his father Rick Popkes helping clients with all their Real Estate needs. In May of 2014 Chris joined forces with Lynda Cook and opened Exit Realty Sioux Empire located in Tea, SD. Having over fifteen years experience in multiple business areas, gives Chris an advantage when working with clients who are new to commercial or residential property searches. As a home owner, Chris knows exactly what buyers and sellers are looking for and puts his clients first, specializing in their wants and needs.
